The Free plan is a working slice of Venvera with no card and no end date: the vendor register with risk scoring, security questionnaires you send to vendors, and access reviews over your systems. It is meant for a small team that wants to run a real vendor review or access review before deciding on a paid plan. Everything you add stays in place when you upgrade.

Signing up

Open the Free signup

Go to app.venvera.com/signup?plan=free and enter your name, your company and a business email address. Free email providers are not accepted, and each company email domain can have one Free workspace.

Confirm your email

Enter the six-digit code from the email. Your workspace is created at once; no card, no VAT number and no address are asked for.

Open the sign-in link

A welcome email carries a sign-in link that is valid for seven days. Later sign-ins use the same magic-link flow from the sign-in page.

What you see inside

The home page shows your vendor, questionnaire, access review and user counts against the plan's limits, with a shortcut into each module. The sidebar lists only the modules the plan includes; the rest of the platform appears after an upgrade. Settings keep the tabs you need: preferences, company profile, users, billing and the audit trail.

ℹ️
Access reviews need at least one ICT asset to review access over. Create it under ICT Assets (the Risk Management entry in the sidebar) or let the CSV import create it for you. Discovery from Microsoft Entra ID needs the Azure integration, which is part of the paid plans.

Limits

When the third user is active, further invitations are refused with a message naming the limit, and a colleague signing in through single sign-on for the first time is turned away until a seat is free. When the register holds ten vendors, the form and the CSV import refuse the eleventh. Venvera can raise either limit for your organisation on request.

Upgrading

Go to Settings › Billing, choose Basic or Professional and a billing cycle, enter the invoice details and pay the first period at the bank's page. The workspace keeps every vendor, questionnaire and review, and the compliance side of the platform opens straight away. You then choose your frameworks as described in Choosing your frameworks.
