Venvera has three parts on screen: a sidebar on the left that lists everything you can open, a top bar that tells you where you are and holds the actions for the current page, and the page itself. The interface follows your light or dark theme and rearranges itself on a phone.
The top bar, the folding sidebar sections and the framework filter in 39 seconds.

The sidebar
The sidebar is organised into sections. Each section header folds and unfolds with a click, and Venvera remembers your choice in this browser.
| Section | Contents |
|---|---|
| Overview | The cross-framework compliance dashboard - your landing page. |
| Work | The modules shared by every framework: Risk Management, Incidents, Change Management, Training, Third-Party Risk, Controls, Access Reviews, Policies, Tasks, Crosswalk, Coverage maps, Evidence and Import. |
| Frameworks | One entry per framework you have enabled - DORA, NIS2, ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 2, NIST CSF, HIPAA, PCI DSS, SAMA CSF, Saudi ECC, UAE IA and the rest - each with its own dashboard, gap assessment and registers. The count next to the header shows how many are enabled. The section starts folded unless you are already inside a framework. |
| Platforms | A section for each connected cloud platform, Azure / Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, with a security dashboard, requirements, map, findings and scans. See Azure / Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace security dashboards. |
| Reporting | Board Dashboard, Reports, Regulatory Updates and Integrations. |
With twenty frameworks the Frameworks section is long, so a Filter frameworks box sits at the top of it: type a few letters and the list narrows as you type. Items that need a permission you do not have are hidden rather than greyed out, so a Viewer sees a shorter sidebar than an Admin.
At the bottom of the sidebar your name and organisation sit above two buttons, Settings and Sign out. The double-chevron next to your name collapses the sidebar to icons only; click it again to expand.
The top bar
The bar above the page has three parts:
- Breadcrumbs on the left show where you are, for example Platforms › Azure / Microsoft 365 or Settings › Billing. Each crumb is a link.
- Context next to the breadcrumbs is a small pill with the record or connection the page is about - a connected tenant, a framework, a status - when the page has one.
- Actions on the right are the primary buttons for the page, such as Run scan on a platform dashboard, plus the notifications bell with its unread count.
Under the top bar, pages that have several views use a row of tabs (for example Dashboard, Requirements, Map, Findings, Scans). The active tab is underlined; counts next to a tab label tell you how much is behind it before you click.
Themes
Venvera follows your system light or dark preference and lets you override it under Settings › Preferences. The sidebar and the top bar follow the theme with the rest of the page. See Display and personalisation for date formats and other display options.
On a phone
Below tablet width the sidebar hides behind the menu button in the header and slides in when you tap it. The top bar's context pill and actions move into a strip under the header, so Run scan and similar buttons stay within reach. Tab rows scroll sideways and keep the active tab in view. Coverage maps and platform maps switch from a chart to a list, one source per row with its status and targets, and the wide statistics strips wrap into two columns.
