Certification stages

| Preparing | Scope defined, controls being implemented |
| Self-Assessing | Running internal gap assessments |
| Evidence Collection | Gathering evidence to support the self-assessment |
| Submitted | Application submitted to certification body |
| Certified | Certification achieved — valid for 12 months |
| Expired | Certification has lapsed — recertification needed |
Certification details
Once certified, record your certificate number, certification date, expiry date, and assessor organisation. Venvera tracks milestones so you have a complete history of your certification journey.
Start planning recertification 3 months before expiry. The assessment process takes time, and you don't want a gap in your certification status.
