Audit Trail

The Audit Trail records every create, update, and delete action across the platform. This provides an immutable compliance evidence trail.

Navigate to Audit Trail in the sidebar. You can filter by:

• User — Who performed the action
• Action type — Create, Update, Delete
• Entity type — What was changed (incident, risk, policy, etc.)
• Date range — When the action occurred

Each log entry shows a JSON diff of what changed, making it easy to demonstrate compliance to auditors.
